It seems to be that season when babies are popping up (or should I say out) all over the place. I have many friends who have recently delivered or are expecting, and let me say from the outset that I think this is fantastic! I think that motherhood is a commendable job and responsibility, and I hope to one day join the club...just not today...or any time soon, really.
The other day I found out from a friend about a mutual friend who is pregnant and was married last August. My immediate reaction was "Did they mean to get pregnant?" to which my friend responded that she believed so. My next question was that "Why?" I then went home that night and was relaying the news to Patrick. His exact response was "Did they mean to get pregnant" to which I responded yes. He then followed it up with "Why?"
We might not be ready yet, but at least we're on the same page!

I,too, am glad you are on the same page...enjoy each other now. Relish the season you are in. The next one is amazing, too...but the best advice I can offer is be where you are at any given moment...not pining away for the next chapter!

So glad to see that you have a blog!! I had no idea until I read your comment today. So glad you and Patrick are doing well. I wished your sweet family still lived here so maybe when you came to visit them, I would get to see you too!
